Reflective Terrain explores the relationship between landscape, memory, and perception through layered relief and textured surface. Inspired by mountain forms mirrored in water, the work examines the shifting boundary between solidity and reflection, where geological structures dissolve into light, shadow, and abstraction.

Built through accumulated textures and subtle variations in depth, the composition evokes weathered terrain shaped by time and natural forces. The relief surface creates an interplay of presence and illusion, inviting the viewer to move between reading the work as landscape, reflection, and material object.

Part of the Relics of Form and Time collection, Reflective Terrain considers how natural forms are transformed through perception, becoming traces of memory embedded within surface and light.
