Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
• Because originals are unique, original artworks are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange for change-of-mind.
• If you receive the artwork in damaged condition, or if there was a mistake in shipping (wrong item), please contact us within 5 business days of delivery, with photos showing the damage or error. We’ll evaluate, and if valid, either issue a refund or ship a replacement.
• Refunds (or exchanges) will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the item back and inspect its condition. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Return Initiation & Conditions
• To initiate any return (for damaged or mis-shipped items), please email us at TextureScape.Art@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage or issue, and instructions on how you would like to proceed (refund or replacement).
• Returned artwork must be shipped securely (packaging intact), insured for full value, with signature required on delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was our error or damage in transit.

Time Windows
• Damage Claims: Must be initiated within 5 business days after delivery.
• Refund / Replacement processing once item is received back and inspected: up to 14 business days.

Exceptions & Special Cases
• If an artwork is custom-commissioned or altered specifically for you, it is final sale and not eligible for return.
• If varnishing or drying takes longer than expected (due to weather, humidity, etc.), we will notify you as soon as possible; delays of 1-2 days beyond the 2-5 day estimate may occur.
